My mission is to teach you how to improve your life, decrease your stress and overwhelm, and increase your productivity in a way that is validating, self-compassionate, and (dare I say) even a little fun.

No matter what you're dealing with, I want you to know a couple things:

1. You are enough, just as you are. You're not broken, you're not weird, you're not lazy, you're not a screw-up, and you're not a bad person.

2. No matter how bad things seem, they can get better.

3. You are not alone! We are all travelers figuring out the way forward together.

4. You deserve help, support, love, respect, just because you're you.

ABOUT ME

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist, psychotherapist, mom, and mental health advocate. Through my training and my own struggles, I've come to understand how important it is to engage in self-improvement in a way that is compassionate.

WHAT I DO

I started creating free mental health and wellness resources on my blog, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook with a mission to make self-improvement more compassionate and provide access to mental health information and resources.

What started as informational in nature quickly became quite personal. I've developed a following of about 1.8 million fellow travelers with whom I've shared my struggles and triumphs.

 

I now provide a weekly newsletter, a monthly membership program to help people feel less overwhelmed, and lots of free content to teach people how to get through some their challenges.
